Context : The PTA of the capital of an African country needed to define its sourcing strategy for its ticketing system, which must be renewed ahead of the launch of its new Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) service. External expertise was therefore required to assist the board of directors in making a decision.

1. Assessment of the existing situation: systems in place and associated costs
2. Identification and multi-criteria evaluation of sourcing and transformation scenarios
3. Budgetary assessment of each scenario
4. Drafting and presentation of a strategic framework note to support decision-making, addressed to the board of directors
