Salif Diané
Founder and President
Founder of Metrolys, Salif Diané spent most of this career in the mobility sector and, more specifically, systems and technologies that support operations and customer experience.
Salif worked as Consultant and Project Director within large management consulting companies such as CSC Peat Marwick and Atos Consulting. He also worked as Sales Director for SITA, worldwide leader in business technological solutions for the Air Transport Industry.
As Consultant in management and information systems, Salif regularly works for public transport organizations and assist them on strategic, operational and technological topics and projects.
Based in Lyon, France, Salif is graduated from from HEC (Executive MBA) and the “Ecole Supérieure de Commerce Le Havre / Caen”. On the top of French, Salif fluently speaks English and Russian.

Graduated from the “Ecole Centrale de Marseille”, Valérie owns both HR and technical skills.
Valérie was lucky work to within the French national rail operator SNCF during 25 years at Executive Management, Project Director and HR Director positions.
Valérie has successfully led numerous organization changes, often from scratch, in complex environment, with a lot of stakeholders. She has consistently relied on the principle of solid commitment from teams.
Valérie has a deep knowledge of the stakes, businesses and processes that are at the heart of a mobility company and that she tackles with a 360° vision.
Valérie chose to share her a strong expertise of change management and ability to handle situations with an innovative sight with mobility companies willing to engage change management projects. Valérie assists these companies from the initial conception down to concrete implementation and even return on experience.
Valérie proposes a customized, pragmatic and efficient assistance to managers in charge of change management projects, by applying a principle of systemic approach and collective intelligence.
