- Presentation of the components, features and functioning of a ticketing system
- Listing of ticketing solutions existing worldwide
- Assessment of the different possible technical solutions
- Prospective analysis of the new solutions: Account-Based Ticketing, EMV Open Payment, on mobile phones, NFC
- Analysis done as per the local Authority’s local context
- Writing of a recommendation report, taking into account local interoperability, economical and social stakes.
