Context: A company has just won an RFP for regional passenger transport. 

Activities and deliverables done by our Consultant: 

  1. Design of the social communication strategy to support the phase of staff mobilisation 
  2. Internal diagnose about strengths and motivating elements already existing in this company (execution and management staff) 
  3. Return on experience on staff transfers already experienced within the company in other urban and suburban networks 
  4. Proposal of a communication strategy: means, media, key messages and schedule 
  5. Co-building of the final strategy with the RFP response project team 
  6. Assistance in writing deliverables
