Implementation of a new organization within a rail company
Context: A company has just won an RFP for regional passenger transport.
Activities and deliverables done by our Consultant:
- Design of the social communication strategy to support the phase of staff mobilisation
- Internal diagnose about strengths and motivating elements already existing in this company (execution and management staff)
- Return on experience on staff transfers already experienced within the company in other urban and suburban networks
- Proposal of a communication strategy: means, media, key messages and schedule
- Co-building of the final strategy with the RFP response project team
- Assistance in writing deliverables
