Context: An Authority is willing to transform its entire ticketing system. 

Activities and deliverables done by our Consultant: 

  1. Presentation of the components, features and functioning of a ticketing system 
  2. Listing of ticketing solutions existing worldwide 
  3. Assessment of the different possible technical solutions 
  4. Prospective analysis of the new solutions: Account-Based Ticketing, EMV Open Payment, on mobile phones, NFC 
  5. Analysis done as per the local Authority’s local context 
  6. Writing of a recommendation report, taking into account local interoperability, economical and social stakes.
