On June 13^th, Nouvelle-Aquitaine Mobilités (NAM) invited its partners within its ticketing office in Limoges.

During an interactive session, NAM presented its vision of public transport in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, with an access facilitated by channels and tickets delivered by Modalis.

Traveling from Pau to Limoges, with a unique ticket that combines regional train and urban buses? This will be possible soon, thanks to the Modalis mobile application, the internet site and the automated vending machines that will be deployed soon within rail stations and more locations.

Other facility: the Open Payment, ie the ability to use any public transport mean with a “tap in” gesture on a validating machine, with a credit card that, in this case, hosts the transport ticket.

All these innovations were presented by NAM on devices installed on purpose for this event.
